Q: Do you use real stones?

A: We use only the best available (Grade B and above) semi-precious stones, crystals, pearls, ceramics, hand-crafted glass, millefiori florals, shells, and woods from all around the world. We never use plastics or synthetics unless requested by a customer. Pretty acrylics used will be acknowledged and offered at lower prices. 

Q: Can bracelets be converted specifically without charms, medallions? 

A: Yes. Charms can be removed and ends of wrap wire can be crimped so nothing is hanging. There will be no additional charge for the conversion. 

Q: Can charms/medallions be changed?

A: Yes. If we have the requested charm in stock, we can switch immediately. If it needs to be ordered, it may take a few weeks. Requests need to be emailed or called to owners so we can address them promptly. There will be no additional charge for the conversion.

Q: Why are beads in some bracelets more loose than others?

A: Some bracelets are constructed more loosely due to the delicacy of the stones used, lessening the chance of rubbings and abrasions, adding to the longevity of the bracelet. 

Q: What is your turn-around time?

A: If a bracelet is in stock, not backordered or needing a special order, the turn-around time is 24 hours, USPS mail.

Q: Do you take special requests?
A: Yes. Keep in mind, we may have to order the beads you request, which would add to the turn-around time. It is best to contact us to discuss any special orders, especially if time is a factor. No additional charge will be applied .

Q: Do you sell bracelets for children or adults with smaller wrists?

A: Yes. There are several ways to purchase a smaller bracelet. The first is to check our Small Wrist Wraps section, to which we are adding new products weekly. You may also choose any full-size bracelet and request to have it downsized at no additional cost. Note: Small Wrist Wraps comfortably fit a 1.75" wrist; Full-size wraps fit wrist sizes 2.25" and above.

Q: Can you make a bracelet from beads that may have special meaning to a family?

A: Yes, indeed. We would be more than happy to use your special beads to create a bracelet you can wrap around your wrist every day. Whether it be a recreation using the beads, a reconfiguring of a broken piece, or an original creation from your beads, to keep significant memories alive. There will be a $25 charge plus shipping.

Q: Can you convert a chain-link rosary into a wrap rosary?

A: Yes. That is not a problem. The cost would be $25 plus shipping.

Q: How can you sell both Chakra and religious products?

A: We try not to exclude anyone's beliefs. We sell Catholic, Jewish, Chakra Healing, as well as honor any special requests. Chakra is a philosophy, not a religion; there is no conflict between beliefs. Healing crystals are made by God, so we use them to respect the earth and to bring them to the people who wear them.
